ACm& BRICK ere's to the brickmakers Acme Brick Company's history in Malvern began just after World War I, when Walter Bennett came to Hot Spring County in search of clay for brickmaking. Acme's first Perla Plant opened in 1921 But clay was only the first great discovery we found near the banks of the Ouachita. The second was the skill and dedication of our associates. Over the last nine decades, we have placed our most sophisticated brickmaking technology right here - and thousands of homes and commercial buildings throughout the region attest to the quality of brick made in Malvern.
