At City Termite & Pest Control, the day to day operations are a family affair. Russell Turpin (center) is president of the company and has been licensed in structural pest control for 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis. His wife, April Turpin (right) is the company's vice president and office manager. She is a graduate of Henderson State University. Their daughter, December Turpin (left) is a high school student who works in the office part-time.
