Rick, and his wife Cindy, of 23 years have four children between them, and four grandchildren. Rick has a Master of Divinity degree from Central Christian University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Christian Leadership Seminary. Rick has completed the Mid-South Economic Development Course at ULAR, and other economic development classes at Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute. Cindy is a retired public-school educator. Rick has previously been recognized as one of Hot Spring County Dynamic Dozen, and voted Pastor of The Year by Hot Spring County In 2013, and 2020.
